The winery can be found just as you come into the village of Gervans, 5 km north of Tain l'Hermitage, at the foot of a slope covered by an old vineyard that has been redeveloped.

Today, an old vaulted cellar, originally used to store the marc in silos at the end of the 19th century, bears witness to the fact that our ancestors used to distil their own Marc.

In the 1970s, the winery buildings surrounded the family’s cellar.
In 1998, a new underground cellar and a vatting room were built.
A new extension is to be built soon, to house a pressing room and a storage room for palox boxes and bottles.
